The easy directions were followed explicitly and the result, as seen above, were nicely shaped sugar dusted cookies. The lemonade concentrate created a lovely bite of "surprise." Hence the cookie name!
Just for fun and creativity I would like to add a dab of pastel frosting to the top of the cookies, still brushing them with the concentrate and still adding a sprinkle of (colored, maybe) sugars......
pretty pretty pretty....and as I said previously, "yummy!!!"
I forgot to count the total number of cookies I baked from one recipe and Linda doesn't mention the total but I would guess about 4 dozen.
