Relaxing and Writing......

                                                                       Catching Up

1) I really enjoyed coloring butterflies with the first graders at Glory Community Gardens.

2) I really enjoyed spending Friday in my home and working on warping my Saori loom. I also sorted my yarns according to colors and surprised myself with the large amount off yarns I have acquired since the flood. The day began with my second harp lesson at 8:00 a.m. with Karen. Hand positioning is required before a string is struck.

3) I really enjoyed today (Saturday) at the farmer's market with the book mobile. Weather was windy and damp, but we did have a handful of visitors. It is always a joy to send folks home with free books under their arms.

4) I really enjoyed spending an hour with the Fredericksburg spinners that were at The Rogue yarn shop this Saturday afternoon. It is a beautiful place with yarns covering the walls from ceiling to floor.  I have taken weaving classes there with Darlene and now want to attend the social hour and learn to spin from this wonderful lady whose first name I have forgotten.  I am joining the spinning group and hope to attend their monthly get-togethers, but they conflict with the farmer's market.

5) I really am relaxing at this point in the weekend. It's cool outside and Hubby lit the fireplace to warm up. I love the fire. It is mesmerizing and quite cozy.

6) I really am eager to get this harp therapy module downloaded and being the video watching.  The leader of Bedside Harp is waiting for my bill pay check to arrive from the bank.I have two of the required books to read and have ordered the remaining. This commitment will need to become a top priority as the harp practicing has become.

7) I really plan to attend church tomorrow. We must become better Methodists.
